Referral programme terms

How Renovae referral links work, the commission a referrer earns, and when it is paid.

1. The programme

AZ Technologies SRL may give a partner or customer (the referrer) a personal Renovae referral link. By sharing the link, the referrer accepts these terms. Participation is by invitation; we may decline to issue a link or end a link for future referrals at any time.

2. How a referral is credited

  • A registration is credited to a referral link when the new organization registers online after opening that link, within 90 days, in the same browser.
  • The first referral link opened counts. Opening a later link does not replace it.
  • Each organization is credited to one referral link only, permanently.
  • No credit is given for an organization that already had a Renovae account, for invitations sent by Renovae, or when the referral cookie was blocked or deleted.

3. Commission

  • The referrer earns 30 % of the amounts the referred organization actually pays for Renovae, excluding VAT: subscriptions, extra seats and top-ups. Free trials, free credits and welcome gifts earn nothing.
  • Commission is earned for 12 months starting from the referred organization's first successful payment.
  • Commission ends for good when the referred organization's cancellation takes effect, even if that is before the 12 months end, and does not restart if it subscribes again later. Upgrades and downgrades continue at 30 % of the new amount.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and unpaid invoices reverse the commission they generated.
  • The rate and duration in force when the organization registered apply to that organization for the whole period, even if this programme later changes.

4. Payment

  • Commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment that earned it, so that refunds within that period can be reversed before anything is paid.
  • Payable commission is paid monthly once it reaches EUR 50; smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
  • Payment requires a valid invoice from the referrer, or a self-billing arrangement agreed in writing. The referrer is responsible for its own taxes and social contributions. Where the referrer is also a Renovae customer, commission may instead be credited against its own invoices if both parties agree.

5. Rules and exclusions

  • No commission is due for the referrer's own organization, or for an organization sharing the referrer's enterprise number or VAT number.
  • The referrer must not send unsolicited messages, make misleading claims about Renovae or its prices, present itself as Renovae, or bid on Renovae brand names in search advertising.
  • We may end a referral link and reverse commission not yet paid in case of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, and recover commission paid on the basis of fraud.

6. Changes, law and contact

We may change or end the programme for future referrals by updating this page. Commission already earned under the previous terms is not affected. Belgian law applies, and the enterprise courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. Questions: hello@aztechnologies.be.
